Technical Support Limits and Boundaries:Worldlink offers free technical support with every account, open from 7:30am - 9:00pm M-F and 10am - 6pm Sat. and Sun. Trained technicians are on hand to provide support for customers having problems with installing Worldlink's software, running Worldlink's software, connecting to Worldlink's servers, and basic modem connection difficulties. While we strive to answer your questions the best we can, there are some areas that our technical support does not have the resources to assist you in. Problems that have to do with your modem dialing out, Windows and Macintosh system errors, or other programs on your computer or downloaded off the Internet should be taken up with the respective computer manufacturer or vendor. They are better equipped to handle such situations. When contacting technical support, it is extremely helpful if you write down any error messages you recieve, and note when problems started and when they seem to occur.
